By accessing or using the Canadoor Garage Doors website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This website provides general information about our garage door products and services and does not replace a written estimate or service agreement. Appointment requests are subject to confirmation, and advertised pricing and promotions are subject to their stated conditions and availability. Final service pricing, scope of work, payment terms, and warranties will be outlined in your applicable estimate or service agreement. You agree to use this website lawfully and not interfere with its operation or security. Website content may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission, except as permitted by law. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights or remedies provided by applicable law. Any updates to these terms apply prospectively and do not modify previously accepted service agreements.
